Shoddy acting, wooden dialogue and it’s meant to be set in Saigon but it’s blatantly shot in Bangkok. Wat Arun features prominently. Despite all this Burt Reynolds is great and it’s surprisingly watchable. It seems like it was made to cash in on the James Bond movies popularity as the first 20 minutes is pretty much Dr No, but it’s nowhere near the quality of a Bond flick.
Worth a watch if it’s on t.v and there’s nothing else on.
