Review

On many peoples favourite movies lists The Third Man is a classic. Post war Vienna looks great and really adds a sense of danger and mystery. Welles and Vienna steal the show and Welles has one of the greatest speeches to be ever put on celluloid.

After all these years it’s still a joy to watch. Everything about it is quality, the soundtrack, cinematography, acting and dialogue. If I have one complaint the relationship building between Holly and Anna could have been trimmed as it gets a bit stale but that’s a minor blemish of an other wise flawless film.
